At IHG® Army Hotels, providing a higher rank of service is at the heart of what we do. We strive for excellence every day, and we’re always looking for ways to improve your stay.
You don’t just have to take our word for it. Let’s take a look at some results of our guest satisfaction surveys from the last 10 fiscal years.
- Each year, our guest satisfaction scores have continued to improve, from a 3.79 (in FY 2012) to a score of 4.36 (FY 2022) – out of a 5-point rating.
- In the last year, –out of more than 23K responses, over 61% of the guests staying at IHG Army Hotel brands responded with a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
- In the last 10 years for IHG Army Hotels, our surveys have yielded nearly 300K pieces of post-stay feedback.
- The survey’s open-ended feedback for Fiscal 2021, yielded 79.7% positive guest comments about the staff – expressing highly positive comments about their friendliness, empathy, courtesy and helpfulness.
Our guest satisfaction surveys are collected and processed by Medallia, a third-party expert on customer experience management. Guests with a valid email address are sent an invitation to participate in the survey after checking out (thus confirming that the stay was valid). Any guest may be potentially* eligible to receive a post stay satisfaction survey.
If you receive a guest satisfaction survey after your stay, please let us know how we did! The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete, and your feedback is invaluable. We not only encourage your reviews; we embrace them! We celebrate positive feedback with our staff and work as a team to find a solution if the feedback isn’t up to our standards. By sharing your stay experience, you are giving us a true gift.
It’s an honor to serve our military guests and their families, and we’re dedicated to providing them the best experience possible. Since we began in 2009, we’ve worked hard to redefine what on post lodging can be. We hope you experience it for yourself the next time you travel. See you soon!
